Return/Refund Policy
At this time Rich Gal Luxury does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless it was our team who made the mistake. Such as sending the wrong item(s), missing an item, etc. Due to safety protocol/sanitary reasons we want to make sure that we are safely protecting all of our customers and our team therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Shipping Policy
Rich Gal Luxury ships all orders first class (USPS), because you are so high-class! It will take our team 1 to 5 business days (excluding USPS processing and delivery time) to process and order. Please note that when we are experiencing a high-volume of orders, the processing time will be extended. To reduce the processing time for your order, please make sure that your billing name and address is the same as it is on your credit/debit card account. Unverified orders will be canceled and fully refined back to the card holder with an email notification. USPS is our preferred shipping carrier within the U.S.
Orders are shipped via USPS First Class. Please allow 3 to 5 business days (excluding processing times, weekends, and holidays) for your items to arrive or longer, depending on USPS daily operations and expected delivery time. Once the package(s) have left the distribution office, and a tracking number has been emailed. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, or undeliverable addresses.
If any packages are sent back to us due to an error on a customer’s part due to the wrong billing address, mailing address, etc. As this will be an inconvenience to our team, there will be a $10 fee for corrections to be made and for the package(s) to be sent out again. Please be sure to double-check everything to ensure it is accurate and correct. Thank you so much.
